Owner Eddie Allen and his team of craftsmen at EMA Construction did a stellar job repairing and replacing damaged James Hardy siding and other wood trim on my home. Eddie did a thorough on-site inspection and provided a detailed quote. His office manager, Sue, communicated regularly on scheduling and the crew arrived as promised. The work was done according to the quote. When I raised a concern to Eddie on a few items afterwards, he was 100% customer-focused and sent the crew back to address my concerns, which included replacing a few additional boards to my complete satisfaction. This was my second opportunity to use EMA Construction and will continue to use EMA Construction for all my future exterior housing needs.

EMA recently replaced all of the siding on our home. Eddie, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and the crew was efficient & courteous and cleaned up debris every day. The final installation was started and completed on the timing promised. Our home looks better now than when we first built it. We feel very comfortable recommending EMA.

EMA Construction has done quite a bit of work on the exterior of our house. It started with having them completely re-side our house with James Hardie product. Then it extended to include soffits and gutters. They did such a good job with those that we had them build new shutters and re-do our front porch in cedar, another of their specialties. They really gave us a new house. A year or so later, we had them change out a window as we were re-doing our primary bathroom. This involved James Hardie siding and trim as well as some structural issues. When they were finished, we didn’t even know they had been there other than the window being changed.

EMA Construction is the best quality of work I’ve ever experienced. Their attention to detail is second to none. They have wonderful employees who truly care and treat your home like their own. This level of quality is so difficult to find, but if that’s what you’re looking for, it’s what you WILL find with EMA Construction. Look no further. I wish there were ten stars.

I hired EMA Construction https://www.emasiding.com/ to replace my fiber cement siding on my 25 yo ranch house; it was about 13 squares. The original siding was fiber cement siding. I wanted to replace it with similar siding because it seemed to be very durable. Replacement was necessary because the original siding was improperly installed and the planks were falling off the house. I repeatedly had planks replaced and paint never matched original siding properly. So I chose to replace the entire siding. My research identified James Hardie as an excellent siding; and it seems quite durable, has a decent warranty, and looks nice. I chose EMA Construction to install because of their long term experience with James Hardie siding, and previous customer reviews. So I am confident I have a good product that was properly installed. Eddie provided the estimate and stayed in contact with me during the project. The installer team was excellent. They commenced work as expected and completed on schedule.. in spite of several rainy days. One area of the house required custom cutting of the planks lengthwise and at a slight angle. The team did an excellent job custom fitting the siding to this area. The total install, including flashing, caulking, and siding fit are all excellent. Total results and cleanup was also perfect. The install team (Nico, Blake and Eric) was professional and friendly and explained what they were doing throughout. I would hire them again should the occasion arise.

It is my pleasure to share my experience with EMA Construction. I give the entire team a stellar rating that supersedes ALL expectations. From the beginning of our construction process of creating an estimate, starting the job within seven days, working 7 days a week until completed, coordinating all aspects of a complete refacing of our home, design work on newly created areas, flexibility when changes to the original design came up, knowledge of materials, organized communication routinely over two month project, professionalism, cleanliness of the job site, etc. The list of highlights is lengthy and extensive.

We were hoping at the beginning to have a refacing our house that made us proud. We ended up with one of the most beautiful houses in our community. I feel that I gained professional life-long friendships with the owners Eddie Allen, Lee Allen and all the people supporting the company. I given Kevin Edman kudos as our site foreman, carpenter and overall good guy award winner!!!!

We just finished a project to install new Hardie plank, gutters, etc and we are very pleased! They are ethical and trustworthy and made sure we were happy throughout the project. I highly recommend EMA Construction.

We had EMA replace all of put trim as well as our aluminum siding with Hardie Board products. The reason we went with EMA is they actually follow Hardie’s installation recommendations! That’s a big point as not doing so voids the product warranty.

Eddie was great to work with. We reviewed the plan and even put it on hold for months until we were ready to pull the trigger. When the work started, they guys were polite and professional. I had a few special requests related to additional work that were worked into the plan at no extra charge.

In the end the house looks great, the install is done as expected and the one little item I asked them to touch-up, they came out and did that day.

Eli and Kevin are currently at our home doing a full siding replacement. Not only are they doing a fantastic job, but they are hands down the most conscientious contractors we have ever worked with. The picture I am sharing appears to be a random box in our front garden right below where they are working. However that box was strategically placed over the only tulip we have that the rabbits haven’t discovered. Such a touching and caring action that did not go unnoticed.

We hired EMA to replace rotted exterior trim, fascia and soffits with Hardie board. Fair pricing for a job well done. Thanks again.

EMA Construction recently replaced and reworked a significant amount of our existing James Hardie siding. Their team worked very hard from dawn to dusk and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend EMA if you are considering James Hardie siding for remodeling or new construction.

Eddie and his team were great to work with on a project at our home. The follow up was timely and they were able to start sooner than expected. The on-site crew was professional and worked tirelessly in some incredible heat. The work was excellent and I was very satisfied. The Monday after they completed the work, Ely came back to my house and told me he was not personally satisfied that he had completed the work to the level he wanted. He showed up and did more work to make sure every thing was finished perfectly and far exceeded my expectations.
Hiring construction crews typically comes with some risks. EMA brought professionalism and a work ethic to our job that is rarely seen anymore.
I will refer these guys to anyone and hope to work with them again.
